Yes, we are on a brief one, as we have entered folk and culture festival season, and this is where KT does a lot of work. Since it’s awful hard to do a comic while dragging a suitcase from festival to festival bringing the joy of comics and drawing to kids all over, I’m going to entertain you all with some juggling in the interim.

So, I figured you guys could help me set up an FAQ for the comic by asking some questions. I would draw something for y’all, but I’m currently training for a career change and that’s time consuming stuff too.

I enjoy Chauchat’s expression in the bottom panel. And Wynn’s excess of punctuation. Can anyone see those but him? MYSTERY.

Sorry for the delay on this one, folks. Kinda mixed on this page, and it feels almost weird drawing Wynn in a state of anything other than ‘:D’ but shockingly, he can actually be serious. It came out all right in the end, though.

Also, DUN DUN DUNNNNNN.

It is lovely to be back behind the sun.  I enjoy this page, and grin widely in hiding at the coming pages!  Just a note to you all, next wednesday I will probably not leave a comment as I’ll be at a clinic in the morning, enjoying medical SCIENCE!  I hope you will not miss me TOO much and will behave yourselves for KT.

This was a weird one. However, the force of pure GLEE that is MiniWynn makes me happy and lets me forgive the TINY TINY PERSPECTIVE GRIDS this page required. And the fact the new, smaller brush I bought is made of loss and fail and the bigger one actually makes thinner lines.

Meanwhile, oh dear god, we got the cast page up! It even has pictures of people who have not even appeared yet. Shocking, no? Here, go get some.

KT has confused and baffled me by putting her icon on the other side!  Thinking of voice over for this page was surprisingly difficult.  But you finally all get to see La Boulliere Rouge.  What’s this, Wesson, admitting you’re not being wholly honest with your friend?!  Gosh!

This page did not want to play nice at all, but onwards and upwards and all that. However, I enjoy Wesson’s obnoxiously high smug levels in it, so it’s not a complete wash out.

Tried out a different kind of brush on the bottom panel’s background, one I think I’ll carry on with but is taking some getting used to.

Meanwhile, Jack’s computer is still on fire, and on top of this, while at a murder mystery party he kind of fell down a ditch and ruined his ankle. Someone send some luck his way, please? He’s obviously lost his somewhere.

(Said party also gave me an excuse to dress as a mobster for an evening and now I own a most excellent pinstripe trilby. So as things go, I’ve been doing all right. Knock on wood.)

I have to say, though it’s corny and a bit bizarre, the Orpheus and Eurydice line is my favourite piece of writing on this to date.  I’m not sure what that says about the rest of my writing.

I enjoy the expressions in this one a lot, especially Wesson’s EPIC SMUG and Chauchat’s EPIC CROSS.

On other notes, I have been for an x-ray and there is no immediate collossal break in my foot bones, but a specialist will have a looksie for fractures.  Imagine my joy.

Had fun with this one, though easily the fiddliest thing I’ve inked with the brush so far. I think I might need to buy a smaller one for details, as some of this got a little nightmarish.

On the plus side, folks, I have ordered a new one and am about to hand mum her laptop back.  Don’t worry guys, we’re WAY on top of this exploding PC thing.

Yesterday is filed under Epic Fail.  The fatal crash of my computer was actually just the icing on the cake.  Back to Psychonauts for me.  Right after I eat my cooling dinner.

– On a brighter note, I can approach the future scripts with the fresh outlook of a man striding out of scorched earth, the fires of apocalypse still smouldering on his shirtsleeve.  Seriously, the crash WAS that bad.  No drama.
